P2 (c) solution of any identified hazard/risk in line with health and safety procedures

During our Starbucks scenes, we have to be careful as 14:00-15:00 is a busy period in town. There are many people walking around us. We protected our equipment well and also waited for the people walked pass before we begin our filming. We also have friends who come along with us, they helped us to tell the strangers that we are doing filming for our media projects. They looked at our pieces of equipment and avoid to block our cameras.

Actually, we only have some general hazards during this filming section. We think we are safe for this unit. We used empty Starbucks coffee cups instead of putting real coffee or water inside the cup. It avoids the risk of spill out on papers or floors, or even our equipment. We film most of our scenes in the school which is a safe place for us. We also have one or two staff monitoring us during our office scenes. We also ask for permissions before we have anything that we are not sure on.
