P1(g) Production Schedule

Meaning and Purpose:
This is a production schedule that I plan for myself to follow and make sure that I am going to hit every target for the time that I've set for it. This helps me in time management and improve the communication between my crew and me. I also made a contingency plan that is a table that recorded about the things that we changed and different compared with our first idea and production schedule.

Contingency plan

Shoot Day 1-3:
Time and day changed
19 September, Monday  11:45-12:45
20 September, Tuesday  11:45-12:45
21 September, Wednesday  14:00-16:30

Props & Costumes:
Formal wear for Marco and Bill as they are the characters who should work in the office.
Folders, we find in the office and asked permissions to use them.
Coffee cups, we prepared before we filmed. I asked Starbucks in town to give me some empty cups for these scenes before.
Markers, we bring before we get to the office.

We shoot our office scenes during our media lessons, this is because the staffs in the office told us that we have to do our filming when they are here, and they like to leave around 4:15 afternoon which means that we are not able to film after school. In the section, we arranged an available time after discussion with my crew and cast. We have looked at each other's school timetable, and find out that they are free to come with us for filming during our Monday and Tuesday media lessons. Furthermore, Molly and I asked our media teacher for permission to go for filming during those lessons. After these two lessons, we found out that we have many scenes that we can take place around that area. We decided to use one more day (21 September, Wednesday) and film during our games lesson. We spent two more hours on that day and finished all scenes that are able to take place in school.

Shoot Day 4:
25 September, Sunday  14:00- 15:00

Props & Costumes:
We asked for empty cups and marker in Starbucks, and the staffs are nice to give us.
Marco, Bosco, Gladys wears casual clothes, which is not a big issue in this case as these are the normal wearing that they used to have when they go to town.

As our cast and crew are all boarders in school, we spent our town time on Sunday in town for filming in Starbucks. We used about an hour to get our Starbucks scenes done. At the first, we liked to film these scenes on 28 September which is Wednesday, we are able to go to town on that day also. However, we find out the sky begin to turn dark and this is not the effect that we like to have.
